Kuki Worship Service – Hyderabad
By God's grace the first KWS - Hyderabad fellowship started from the month of March 1999. For 4 (four) years the fellowship used to be conducted in a member's house every Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
We thank God that from the year 2003 we were able to conducted KWS-Hyderabad Sunday Worship Service at the Centenary Baptist Church - Secunderabad with the kindnes of Rev. Pastor Nalla Thomas, who is the Pastor of the Baptist Church and till today we gather in the same church every sunday.
In the year 2002/2003 Rev.Paothang Haokip, Operations Mobilisation, Secunderabad was the Pastor of KWS-Hyderabad and Mr. Lalkhokai Kipgen was appointed as Asst. Pastor in the year 2006, and both of them continues Pastoring till today.

Name of the KWS unit (and brief history) |
KWS Hyderabad or KWSH Established: 7 October 1999 KWSH was established with the initiative of Upa Thomjakhup Changsan and Pi Niengpi Singson and their families. During the first four years Sunday worship service was conducted once in a month. With the tireless effort of Rev. Paothang Haokip and the founding members, the Centenary Baptist Church, Secunderabad was finally given for the Sunday worship service by the kind Sr. Pastor of that Church, Rev. Nalla Thomas. Since then KWSH conducted its regular worship services every Sunday there at free of cost till today. KWSH is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act and is growing steadily. |
