DRAFT CONSTITUTION/GUIDELINE OF AIKWSCC:

The First Constitution drafting was done by Rev(Dr) Lamboi Haokip and Pu Lunjalen Khongsai in the year 2005 and the same was circulated among the Units for their review and comments. Meanwhile, it was thought prudent to go slow on its finalization and adoption as AIKWSCC was in nascent stage with the growth dynamics changing the landscape of requirements year by year. However, the need to have a written constitution (which was later renamed as Guideline) for proper functioning of AIKWSCC was reiterated in 2010 and yet again in 2011. Therefore, in June 2012 a new team for Guideline Draft Review Committee consisting of Pu Lunjalen Khongsai, Pu Hethong Haokip and Pu Letminlun Vaiphei was formed. Rev Paothang Haokip, Secy. AIKWSCC, had already circulated the draft Guideline afresh to all the Units. The Units are expected to give their views and comments to the Guideline Draft Review Committee for their consideration. After compiling all comments and subsequent review and re-construction by the Committee, the Guideline will be finally put up to AIKWSCC for its eventual adoption.
